Who Owns My Eclectic Mind and How Many People Work There? Heather Gleason is the Sole Proprietor of My Eclectic Mind. Heather Gleason works alone making her the only person that works at My Eclectic Mind.
Where Are You Located? Heather Gleason works out of her Studio in New Windsor, New York.
Can I Visit Your Storefront? My Eclectic Mind is not a storefront. Heather works from her studio. She has Open Studio on set calendar days out of the year in which potential collectors can visit and purchase pieces of her artwork.
Do You Show Your Work at Galleries and Art Shows? Heather Mostly Exhibits her work through Juried Art Shows in the State of New York. A list of meet and Greet Shows will be available on Heather’s Website and through Social Media platforms.
Do You Accept Custom Orders? Yes Heather takes up to (4) custom orders a week. Depending on size and detail that goes into each piece determines how long a painting will take. Sometimes while working on a piece Heather as an Artist will become unfocused which she sets the brush aside and picks up a few minutes later, an hour later and sometimes a couple of days later. Please be patient with custom orders. As thought process and time that goes into custom orders can be difficult. If a painting is rushed it can sometimes look like it has no feeling or flow to it. A not so rushed painting can look great and have wonderful feeling. So please be patient when you are having custom work made up by Heather.
Do You Make Artwork for Tattoos? No Heather does not take custom orders for Tattoo Art. Heather does allow people to use her artwork for tattoos. She loves when people send her photos of the artwork they get permanently placed on their bodies. Heather has been painting over 17 years choose from one of her many images get a tattoo and send her a photo she loves it!
Do You Offer Wholesale? Yes Heather offers Wholesale/Bulk options. Please contact her for inquiries.
What Are Your Shipping Policies? Packages are Shipped only on Tuesdays 9AM or Fridays 9AM. Most packages up to 20” are shipped through the USPS. Anything larger than 20” will be shipped through FEDEX. Smaller envelopes up to 8” will be shipped First Class Mail with Tracking. Packages larger than 8” will ship Priority with Tracking.
If an order becomes damaged through Shipping please note you must contact the mail carrier in which your package was delivered.
If your package does not arrive to you. You must contact the mail carrier. Once a package is shipped it is out of Heather’s hands and in another companies hands to deliver your package.
