Hello Friends

Well I’m probably not the only person on planet earth that is Happy to see 2020 disappear shortly. I think everyone wished it away as much as I did. To me it went by with a flash. The year did bring some joy. I purchased a home in New Windsor, NY. I plan on doing some very cool Open Studios Next year. People will be invited in to my studio on set dates and purchase from me directly from my Art Studio. Purchasing a home during a Pandemic is not an easy one and was somewhat frustrating lol. It was hard trying to bid on a home when people from NYC wanted out of the city and move into a Home up North. Thousands of people flooded the area and my husband and I were in the mix of the flood. But we found a place we love and so happy to call this my home. My mind definitely Blooms here.  It has been a joy Painting and of course the online Painting Classes have been so much fun. I will continue to Host these online painting classes as long as all of you keep participating. 🙂

I am taking off the next few weeks to work on some artwork at my leisure. I will be adding new Artwork and fun Products into my website Shop first  to second week in January. Any Custom orders you have been dreaming up would be best dreamt in the Winter months as they are not particularly busy like the rest of the year for me. January- March are strange months. So if you have always wanted a custom painting from me contact me within those months we can dream up something together.

SOCIAL MEDIA, Many of you have noticed since Facebook took over Instagram Social Media has not been the same for many businesses. Especially my presence on Facebook. The Facebook Platform has always been an important one the past 10 years for my business. Keeping in contact with many of you has been a snap. With all these different Social Media Platforms it has been a little harder lately. Many of you have transitioned over to Instagram and have noticed I have been much more frequent with my posting there. Social media seems to change like water on the daily and drives me a little nuts at times. Having to do constant homework learn these different platforms gets tiring. It takes time away from me painting. As an artist that can be frustrating. I rather spend my time painting and easily post my work when it is finished. Facebook for the past few years has made money off of businesses by making all businesses BOOST their posts (pay money) for fans or collectors to see their actual posts. Now it has come so strange that even with me paying to boost my posts hardly any of you are able to see them. If you are currently only on Facebook I suggest you also make a Instagram account to keep track of my work or for a lot of artists you may be following on Facebook. I will be posting daily on Instagram You will know first hand to what I am working on along with POP UP Sales that so many of you have enjoyed over the years on Facebook.

So there you have it. A Little chit chat on my end lol off my shoulders. A little rest and painting at my leisure the next few weeks is going to be great. I may or may not be online much as that is my need to get away from the world for a little bit. Decompress without all the eyes and ears 😉
