Hello friends it has been a while since i have posted to my site. Here is why..

This last spring I had gotten very sick to the point i could not stand..or leave the house. I was sick the entire summer and still up and down at times now. In September my mother found out she had a very invasive rare type of cancer. So rare that her cancer for 10 years did not show up on any blood test or mamogram. It wasn’t until she felt large lumps growing in her breast that she knew something was wrong and demanded more testing in which then biopsies were taken. She had breast cancer. Her entire breast tissue with lymph nodes were filled with cancer so she had a masectomy along with the nodes removed. She now has to go through chemotherapy and radiation treatment this winter. This has been a huge stress on my mother, parents, us as an entire family. We are a close family and have a heavy support system. This is why I have not been on my website since I made the Host move. I have been painting just not as much but will be getting on track as time rolls on. I am a very private person yet I feel like I should share what has been going on why my site has been untouched for so long. I will do my best to post to my blog a lot more. Not keep so many of you in the dark. It’s just sharing such personal info like this is always very uncomfortable for me. It is like leaving a door wide open into my personal life for strangers to poke and prod at.

Right now my mom is very positive but so scared as to what the next steps are. She is a very strong woman. After her surgery she was walking around like she didn’t just have this huge surgery lol. Like nothing had happened. So if you are reading this. If you can find it in your heart. Please send healing, prayers, positive thoughts to my mom Ellen. She is my mommy she is a big part of my world. She has a long winter ahead with chemotherapy, radiation and hormonal therapy for the rest of her life.
